Developed based on years of empirical data and rational structural analysis, this design greatly enhances the machine’s heavy-cutting capability while ensuring stable operation at high speeds.
The entire machine is made of high-grade cast iron (HT300) and undergoes secondary annealing for stress relief, delivering maximum structural stability of the bed.
The three axes are equipped with high-precision roller linear guides. The large-diameter direct-drive high-speed spindle features a short-nose design, which effectively boosts spindle cutting rigidity and reduces tool wear.
